Gunjan Impex

Gunjan Impex is located at number 9, Parklane, in Union Park, Khar West. It’s a really nice part of town, much quieter than the industrial zones. We are at number 26 Union Park. The streets are lined with trees and it feels more like a residential area than a place of business. Our office is small and functional. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that for people to visit. It’s mostly desks, computers, and samples of the things we import and export. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to people all over the place. Because we are in Khar, it’s a bit more relaxed than other parts of Mumbai. We can hear the birds in the park sometimes when the windows are open in the morning. It’s a small team here, just a few of us handling the paperwork and the tracking of shipments. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We like the quiet of Parklane. It allows us to focus on the details of the impex business without too much distraction. Sometimes we take a walk in Union Park during lunch just to stretch our legs and get some air. It’s a simple operation. We don't have any grand mission statements or fancy goals. We just want to get the goods from point A to point B without any trouble. That’s what we do every day.
