Gramo World

Our place is situated in BKC, Bandra. We’re at number 16-7, right across from the ICICI Bank. If you’ve ever been to BKC, you know it’s full of big glass buildings and lots of people in suits. We’re a bit different at Gramo World. We have a more modest setup. It’s a busy area, so there’s always a hum of activity outside our windows. We started here because it’s central, but we’ve kept our space pretty basic. We don't have the fancy lobbies you see in the buildings next door. We just have our desks and our equipment. Most of our day is spent working through projects and talking to folks who stop by. Bandra is a great area, but BKC has its own specific vibe. It’s fast-paced. We try to keep up without losing our heads. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes getting here a bit of a hassle, but once you’re inside, it’s just us doing our thing. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We prefer just saying things as they are. If a job is going to take three days, we tell you it’ll take three days. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just work hard and stay honest about what we can do. It’s a straightforward approach that seems to work for us in this part of Mumbai. It’s a busy life in Bandra, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else right now.
