Suite 712 on the 7th floor of the Agarwal B2B Center is where we work. We are in Kanchpada, Malad West. Being up high means we are away from some of the street noise, which can be quite a lot during the rush hour in this part of town. Famestar Impex India Pvt. Ltd. is mostly focused on import and export, so there is always a lot of paperwork to deal with. We have stacks of files on the desks and a few computers that are always running. The B2B center is a busy hub, and we see the same faces in the elevator every day. It’s a small office with a very practical feel. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few maps. We spend most of our time coordinating with shipping lines and making sure all the customs documents are in order. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail, so we try to keep the atmosphere quiet. We aren't a huge company, just a small group of people working hard to keep things moving. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the latest shipping rates. It’s a regular job in a busy part of Mumbai. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't; we just handle the impex work as best as we can every day.
