Our workshop is tucked away at 62, 2nd Bhoiwada Lane in Bhuleshwar, which is one of the most crowded parts of the city. If you’ve ever been to Dhiral'S Creations, you know that just getting to our door is a bit of a struggle because of the handcarts and people everywhere. We work in a space that feels small because we have so many materials stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a place where we actually make things, so there’s always bits of thread, fabric, or metal shavings on the floor depending on what we’re working on that week. The lighting isn't great, but we’ve got our lamps positioned just right for the detailed work. Being in Bhuleshwar means you hear the temple bells and the shouting of the street vendors all day long. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will look up from their bench to say hello. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, and we’ll have tea brought in from the stall at the corner. It’s a family-run kind of vibe where everyone knows their role. We aren't interested in being a big company with a glass building. Instead, we just like making things and staying busy in our little corner of the market. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day. The work is steady and the noise of the street is just part of our routine.
