Cariesco Exports

We spend most of our mornings here in Dahisar West at Chamunda Vihar. It’s a busy spot near Mhatre Wadi and sometimes the traffic on Rajaram Tawade Marg gets a bit much before we even get the shutters up. Cariesco Exports isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just where we handle all the packing and the paperwork for the goods going out. People around here know us for being regular. We started small, just trying to figure out how to get things from one place to another without too much trouble. Most days it’s just about checking lists and making sure the boxes are taped up right. We’ve been at B-2 for a while now. The space is a bit tight when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work. It’s honest work, keeping us on our toes from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult since we’re right there in the thick of it, but that's just how it goes in Mumbai. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our clients get what they paid for on time. Usually, you’ll find one of us drinking tea near the entrance while waiting for the transport truck to show up. It's not a glamorous life, but it's ours. We know the neighbors and they know us. That counts for something when you’re running a business in a crowded area like this. We might forget to dust the shelves sometimes, but the papers are always in order and the work gets done eventually.
