Crystal Mirage Limited is based at No. 73/D in the Government Industrial Estate. This is over in the Ganesh Nagar area of Kandivali West. It is a typical industrial setup with a lot of noise from the neighbors. We have been working from this unit for several years. The space is a bit tight because we have to store a lot of stock on the shelves. We spend our days mostly on our feet, checking things and moving boxes around. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we have some ceiling fans that help a little. We aren’t a large company with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just a few of us who know the business well. We handle various products, mostly things related to glassware or crystals, and it requires a lot of careful handling. Sometimes things break, and we just have to deal with it. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the Ganesh Nagar side of the estate. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. Most of our neighbors are doing similar manufacturing work, so we all know each other. It’s a busy, practical environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the activity. We are just a regular part of the local industrial scene in Kandivali.
