Bhairavi

Bhairavi is situated in the Thakkar Shopping Mall in Borivali. We are in Phase I, at shop number 39. The mall is a popular place for people in the area to hang out and get their shopping done. It can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings. Our shop is one of many, but we’ve got our own way of doing things. It’s a small space, so we have to be smart about how we use it. We’ve got our stuff laid out on the counters and shelves. It’s not a high-tech setup. We just use what works. Borivali is a lively suburb, and there’s always a lot of energy around. We see a lot of families walking through the mall. Some of them have been our customers for a long time. We recognize the regulars. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just talk like normal neighbors. If something isn't right, we try to fix it. We aren't perfect, but we try our best to keep things running smoothly. The mall music can be a bit loud sometimes, but we don't mind it much. It’s just part of the atmosphere. We start our day when the mall opens and stay until the lights start going down. It’s a steady routine that suits us just fine. Most days are quite good and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces of the neighborhood.
