Bamboo Pot

Bamboo Pot is located in Bandra West, right near the Santacruz Police Station at 12/A. It is a bit of an interesting spot because we are right on the edge of two busy neighborhoods. The space inside is cozy but we have tried to make it practical for our daily work. There are some wooden elements around hence the name, but mostly it is just a functional area where we prepare things and serve the people who walk in. The street outside is always busy with police vehicles and people going about their business. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy but we are used to it by now. The kitchen area takes up a good portion of the back and we keep it as organized as possible despite the constant activity. We have a few small tables for those who want to stay and eat. The lighting is okay, nothing too bright or too dim. We spend a lot of time managing the supplies and making sure the inventory is right. It is a small team here so everyone chips in with the cleaning and the serving. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that, we just rely on people seeing the sign as they pass by. It is a honest little place where we work hard and try to keep things moving smoothly throughout the week. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze but we manage it well.
