Aristo Exports is located at 129, Mittal Estate on Sir M.V. Road in Andheri East. Being in Andheri means we deal with a lot of noise and traffic every single day. Our office is a simple place where we manage the shipping of various goods to different parts of the world. It’s a lot of coordination between suppliers and shipping lines. We don't have a big corporate mission statement on the wall. We just focus on getting the paperwork right so the containers don't get stuck at the port. It’s a busy environment and the phones are usually ringing. We have a small team of people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we are reliable. We handle all sorts of products, so every day is a little bit different. Sometimes there are delays or problems with customs, and we have to spend the afternoon sorting it out. That’s just the nature of the export business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a solid one that people can depend on. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important thing in the office. We just keep moving forward and getting the shipments out from our little corner of Mittal Estate.
