Arista Exports

Our office is on the first floor of D Luna Apartments. We are located right in the Zaveri Bazar area of Mahim, which is a very active part of town to be in. Working in exports at Arista Exports means we spend a lot of our time on the phone and dealing with piles of paperwork. The first floor is handy because we do not have to wait for the slow elevator when we have things to move in and out. D Luna is a decent enough building, though the hallways can get a bit dark when the lights are off. We have a few rooms set up for our different tasks. It is not a huge corporate office with glass walls, just a practical space where we can coordinate everything. Mahim is a great spot because it is so central for transport. We can get to the docks or the airport without too much trouble, depending on how bad the traffic is that day. Most of our time is spent tracking shipments and talking to different suppliers on the mobile. The office gets a bit cluttered with samples and shipping containers, but that is just the nature of the business. We have been here for a good few years now and know most of the other people in the building. It is a friendly enough place to work. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we sort through the mail. The bazaar outside is always noisy.
