Archiee Impex

We are located at 102 Mankoo Niwas, which is right behind Milap Talkies in Manik Baug. Malad West is always a bit chaotic, but once you get behind the theater into the residential lanes, it gets a little quieter. Our office is on the first floor, and it’s mostly filled with samples and shipping containers. Archiee Impex is basically just a few of us trying to keep track of imports and exports. The walls are a bit plain, and we have calendars from three years ago still hanging up because nobody bothered to take them down. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people on the phone about where their stuff is. It’s a small space, so if someone is talking loud, everyone hears it. We get our lunch from the little stalls near Manik Baug, and usually, someone brings back tea for the whole office. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see a lot of fancy suits. We wear what’s comfortable because the humidity in Malad can be pretty bad. The cupboards are overflowing with files, and sometimes it takes a while to find what we’re looking for, but we always find it eventually. It’s just a normal working day for us, trying to stay organized in a crowded room while the neighborhood goes on outside. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just regular people doing a job.
