Ansari Watch

You can find us on Una Pani Road in the Nagpada area. We are located right near the Bismillah Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. If you know the hotel, you won't have any trouble finding our door. We have been in this spot for years, dealing with all kinds of watches. The street is always loud and full of life, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting food. Our shop is small and filled with the sound of ticking. We have shelves lined with old cases and parts we’ve collected over the years. It’s mostly just manual work here. We use our hands and small tools to get things moving again. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing stuff. People usually just walk in because they live nearby or they were eating at the hotel and remembered their watch was broken. Sometimes the humidity makes the work a bit slower, but we just keep at it. We fix everything from cheap plastic watches to the nicer ones people save up for. It’s a bit messy inside, but we know where everything is. We don't make any big promises, we just look at the problem and see if it can be fixed. Most of the time it can. It’s a simple living in a busy part of the city, and we are happy staying right here where everyone knows us. We’ve been part of this street long enough that we feel like part of the bricks.
