We are located right by the airport signal on Andheri Kurla Road. If you know where Miraz Hotel is, we are basically right there at Shop No. 4/A. It’s a busy spot with lots of cars going by all day. Inside, we deal with all kinds of wood. There’s usually sawdust on the floor and the sound of carving or sanding going on in the back. We started Ajbsk Wooden Handicraft Pvt. Ltd. because we liked working with our hands. It’s not a fancy showroom like the ones you see in malls. It’s a real workshop where things actually get made. People stop by when they’re stuck in traffic sometimes just to look at what’s outside. We have stacks of wood in different corners and tools lying around. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. Some days are slower than others. We might be working on a small piece of decor or something bigger, depending on what’s needed that week. The address is easy to find if you’re coming from the airport side. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by now. We just try to finish the work on time and keep the shop running as best as we can. It’s a simple life really, just wood and tools and the noise from the street.
