You can find us at Shop Number 36, which is on the ground floor of the New Sonal Link Estate. It is located right on Link Road in Malad West, which is a part of the city that never seems to slow down. The traffic outside is almost always heavy, and the sound of horns is just part of the background noise for us now. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with the lifts, which can be a bit slow in this building. The estate itself is full of different small businesses, so there are always people walking past our door. Inside the shop for Aesthetic Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd., things are usually a bit cluttered with various handicrafts. We get new stock in pretty often, and it takes a while to find a place for everything on the shelves. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be organized, or we’d run out of room to walk. We spend our mornings unpacking crates and checking for any damage. The afternoon is mostly spent answering the phone or talking to people who drop in to see what we have. We don't have any corporate uniforms or anything like that; we just wear what is comfortable for moving boxes around. There’s a small place nearby where we get our vada pav for lunch most days. It’s a simple routine, and we’ve been doing it for years now. We just like to keep things moving.
