Ace Exhicraft Enterprises Pvt Ltd is sitting on the 3rd floor of Arondekar House. We are right there at 234 Shivaji Park on CMC Road. Being on the third floor means we get plenty of exercise because those stairs don’t get any easier at the end of a long day. Our space is usually filled with scraps of wood, rolls of fabric, and half-painted panels because we do exhibition work. It’s the kind of job where things look like a mess until the very last minute when everything comes together at the venue. Shivaji Park is a nice area, though it gets quite crowded during the weekends or when there’s an event going on. We spend a lot of time planning how to build stands and displays that won't fall over. It’s practical work. You have to be good with a hammer and know how to measure twice. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just people who know how to build things with their hands. Sometimes we are out at sites for days, then we come back to the office to sort out the next job. Arondekar House is an older building, which has some character, even if the walls could use a new coat of paint. We keep busy with whatever comes in, whether it’s a small display or something much bigger. It's hard work, but we like seeing the finished product after all the heavy lifting is done.
