Aarti Agarwal

This is Aarti Agarwal's place of work. We are based at 151, Kshitij Apartments, which is on Nalada Water Tank Road. The address also links us to Malabar Hill and Waghodia Road in Vadodara, so we have roots in a few places. Being at number 47 near Ne is where the daily activity happens. It’s a quiet apartment setup, not a big commercial building. We do most of our work from here, surrounded by books and a laptop. It’s a bit of a mixed bag because of the different locations mentioned in our history, but Kshitij Apartments is where you’ll usually find us. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly peaceful, except for when the water tank area gets busy. We don’t have a big staff. It’s a personal way of doing business. We handle everything from the dining table or a small desk in the corner. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and the living room looks more like an office than a home. It’s a very direct way of working. No middleman, just us. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and people know us by name. It’s not about being a giant corporation. We just do our tasks, keep our records straight, and talk to our clients like normal people. It works for us, and it keeps things manageable. We just try to stay organized despite the cramped space. We focus on the work at hand and staying on top of the schedule.
