A 1 Watch Co

A 1 Watch Co is situated at 8 Amarjyothi Layout in Borivali East. It is a quiet residential area, which I prefer over the main roads. My shop is on the ground floor, so it is easy for the elderly neighbors to stop by. I have been here at Amarjyothi Layout for quite a few years now. The space is small, but I have a big window that lets in a lot of natural light during the day. That helps a lot when I am working on the tiny gears inside a watch. I started fixing watches because I liked the precision of it. My father was a mechanic, so I guess I got the knack for fixing things from him. Borivali East has grown so much lately, but this little corner feels the same. I keep a few benches for people who want to wait for a battery change. We don't have any loud music or bright lights. It's just me and the sound of my tools. Sometimes I get watches that have water inside, and those take the most patience. I don't use a computer for my work; I keep all my notes in a paper ledger. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for me. People in the layout know they can rely on me to be here from morning until evening. It is a steady, quiet life, and I am happy with it.
