If you head over to K K Nagar in Madurai, you’ll find us on Vinayaganagar 2nd Street. Our door number is 5/1. It’s a typical Madurai neighborhood, plenty of energy and people moving about. Tinytall Restaurants is what we call ourselves. We spend most of our time dealing with the kitchen side of things and sorting out the logistics of running a place. The 625020 area is pretty familiar to us now. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows everyone else’s business, which is how small offices usually go. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign out front that glows in the dark. It’s just a regular building where we do our paperwork and plan the menus. Some days are really quiet, and other days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We have a lot of crates coming and going. The heat in Madurai can be pretty intense, so we usually have the windows shut and the AC humming along. We keep our files stacked up on the shelves, and there’s always a half-empty box of pens somewhere. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing stuff. We’d rather just make sure the food is decent and the bills are paid. It’s just a normal day-to-day job for us here in Vinayaganagar without any extra fuss or polish.
