Sripri Granite Suppliers is set up over at 28 A, Sundari Towers, right on the Main Road in Melur. It’s a convenient spot for people to find us since we’re right there on the main stretch. We’ve been supplying granite for quite a while, mostly dealing with builders and local folks who are putting together a new house or fixing up an old one. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a place to sit down and go over the numbers and the types of stone we can get. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see in big cities. We just show people what’s available and tell them how long it’ll take to get it delivered. Granite is a tricky business because the colors can change from one batch to the next, so we try to be as clear as we can about what’s in the yard. Most of us here grew up in or around Melur, so we know a lot of the people who come in. We keep things pretty informal. If you need some stone for a counter or a floor, you come in, we have a look at the samples, and we figure out what fits. It’s more about being a helpful neighbor than being a big corporation. We stay busy enough with the locals and the nearby construction, and that suits us just fine.
