Parvathy Marbles

You can find us at 26-1, Vasantha Nagar, right on T P K Road. We are a local marble shop. We have been in this spot for a while, and it's a familiar place for anyone living around Vasantha Nagar. The shop is filled with marble of different colors and patterns. We spend most of our time showing customers around and helping them look at the different slabs. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. T P K Road is usually busy, so there’s a constant sound of buses and cars outside. We have a small team here. We do everything ourselves, from unloading the trucks to helping load up a customer's vehicle. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't use any big words or complicated sales tactics. We just show what we have in stock. Sometimes the marble has natural veins or marks, and we explain how that happens. It’s a simple business. We keep our records in a ledger and talk to our neighbors. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and look around without any pressure. We are just local people selling stone to other local people. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going in the corner. That’s about as fancy as it gets here. We like the work and the people we meet every single day.
