Shri Jagdamba Rocks

Shri Jagdamba Rocks is out in Eslani Village, on Thachanandal Road. We are near the Varichyur Post. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. Our address is 69/1. We deal with rocks and stone because that is what the land gives us. It is a quiet area until we start up the cutters. We don't have a big polished showroom with lights. We have a dusty yard and some sheds where we keep the finished pieces. The guys who work here are mostly from the nearby villages. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to provide good stone for people’s projects. We have stacks of slabs everywhere, and it can be a bit hard to navigate if you don't know the way. We use a lot of water to keep the dust down when we cut, so the floor is often wet. We don't do much in the way of selling. People come, they look at the piles, and they pick what they like. We tell them the price and that is that. It is a very plain way of doing business. We have been at this for a while and we don't see any reason to change how we do things. Just stone and hard work.
