We are Madurai Mundasukatti Biryani Restaurants Private Limited. Our place is located at Rrc 36 in Chitrakala Colony. It’s on 1st Street in Thirunagar. If you know Madurai, you know that food is a big deal here. The work involves biryani every day. It’s a busy life running a kitchen and a dining area. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury spot. We just want to be a place where people can get a meal. The colony is a decent place to be, and 1st Street usually has some activity. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the day. There’s a lot of chopping and cleaning that goes on before we even open. We don't have a fancy corporate office or anything like that. We just have our restaurant space in Thirunagar. It gets hot and smoky in the kitchen, but that's how it goes. We don't really have a big story about why we do this. It’s just what we do for a living. Sometimes the orders get mixed up or we can run out of something, but we just fix it and keep moving. We are just regular people who love good food and work hard every single day. That's all there is to it. No polished marketing, just rice and meat and a lot of hard work. We keep the fires going and the plates moving.
