Elizabeth Granites

We have been running Elizabeth Granites here at Jayliz Junction for a good while now. If you come down to Azad Street in Gandhi Nagar, you will see our place at units 11 and 12. It is usually pretty dusty around here because of all the stone we move in and out every day. The slabs are heavy and they take up a lot of space, so we are always shuffling things around to make room for new arrivals. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time backing into the junction when the traffic is bad, which seems to be most of the time lately. We spend a lot of our mornings just checking the inventory and making sure nothing got chipped during transit. It is not fancy work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up in the evening. Most people who stop by are locals from the neighborhood or builders who know us by name. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back office if things aren't too frantic. The walls are covered in samples of different granite types we have collected over the years. It is a bit cramped inside with all the desks and the stone samples, but we know where everything is. You get used to the noise of the street after a while. We just focus on getting the orders sorted and making sure the right pieces go to the right sites without too much fuss or delay.
