The Food Factory

The Food Factory is located at No. 1635, Sector 39, right on Chandigarh Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and we’re right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time in the back where all the actual food preparation happens. The front of the place is simple enough, just a counter and some space for people to wait. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or mood lighting because we’re more focused on what’s coming out of the kitchen. Dealing with food means there’s always cleaning to do or supplies to check. We get our deliveries in the morning and then it’s a rush to get everything prepped before the lunch crowd starts showing up. Chandigarh Road can be a nightmare for parking sometimes, but people still manage to find their way to us. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to make sure nobody leaves hungry. If the stove is acting up or a delivery is late, we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a noisy, busy place but we enjoy the pace of it. You won’t find any corporate talk here, just a bunch of people making food in Sector 39 day after day. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine keeps us moving. No bells or whistles, just the daily work of running a kitchen.
