We've been doing this catering thing here in Civil Lines for a while now. You can find us over at Kundan Puri, specifically building B-1, 606. It's just a regular local business where we focus on getting the food right for whatever party or gathering people are having. Ludhiana is a busy place and we try to keep up with all the orders coming in. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working hard in the kitchen making sure the dishes are ready on time. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are multiple events on the same day, but we manage. People know us in the neighborhood because we’ve been around. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the job. If you walk around Civil Lines, you might have seen our place. It’s not fancy but it’s where all the cooking happens. We deal with all sorts of menus depending on what folks want for their functions. We mostly stay busy with the prep work and making sure the supplies are fresh from the market every morning. It’s a long day usually, starting early and ending late when the last plates are cleared. That's just how the catering life goes for us here. We don't use any of those big marketing words, we just cook.
