Creative Caterers

We operate out of Model Gram Chandra Society, and that is where all the work happens in the kitchen. It is not a massive industrial factory; it is a more personal setup where we handle everything ourselves. Most mornings start very early, long before the sun is up, so we can get the fresh ingredients prepped. You can usually smell what we are cooking from the street if the wind is blowing the right way. We started Creative Caterers because we liked the idea of feeding people good food without all the extra fuss you see at big hotels. Our team is small, mostly just a few family members and some helpers from the neighborhood. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people about what they want to eat for their weddings or house parties and then we go make it. Sometimes we run out of space in the fridge, or a stove starts acting up, but we always find a way to get the plates out on time. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with heavy pots, but it is what we do. We have been here for a while and most people in the society know us by name now. It is just a simple, local catering business trying to keep everyone full and happy. There is no corporate manual here, just a lot of cooking and tasting.
