Green Vegetarian

We are located at Shop No 23/4 on Court Road in Ludhiana. It’s in the Model Gram area. We are right opposite the backside of the Court Gate. Because of where we are, we get a lot of people who are busy with legal stuff. They usually want something quick and simple before they head back in. We are a vegetarian place. We don't serve meat at all. It’s a small shop. It can get very crowded during the lunch hour when the court takes a break. You can hear the traffic and the horns from Court Road all day long. Ludhiana is a loud city, but we are used to it. We’ve been here for quite some years now. The interior is pretty basic. We have some pictures on the walls and enough chairs for about twenty people. We do the cooking ourselves. We don't hire big chefs from outside. It’s just local food that we know people like. Sometimes we run out of the daily special before one o'clock. We don't have a computer system for orders. We just write them down on a pad. It’s how we’ve always done it and it works for us. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Punjab. We just want to be the place where you can get a decent veg lunch without any fuss or high prices.
