Hunger Delight

Hunger Delight is found on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana, right near Hotel Onn in the Govind Nagar area. This is a very busy part of town with a lot of traffic passing by all day and night. We have been operating from this location for some time. The building is not anything special, just a regular place where we have set up our kitchen and some seating. We get a lot of people who are traveling along Ferozepur Road and need a place to stop for a bit. The area around Govind Nagar is quite lively. We start our day by setting up the kitchen and checking our supplies. It’s a lot of physical work, and we are usually on our feet from morning until the late evening. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. Sometimes the road outside gets very dusty because of the wind and the cars, so we are always wiping down the tables and the front counter. Most of our customers are local workers or people who live in the nearby houses. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just run a simple restaurant where the food is straightforward and the atmosphere is casual. It is a hard way to make a living, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we meet.
