Our place is located right along the Jaldhar Bye Pass. It’s a good spot for people who are driving long distances and need to stop for a bit. We serve standard food that fills you up. It’s not a fancy dining hall. We have some tables and chairs, and the kitchen is right there where you can see it. The bye pass gets a lot of trucks and buses going through, so it’s always a bit noisy with the sound of engines. We keep the place open for long hours because you never know when someone will be traveling by. The menu is quite short, just the usual things like dal, roti, and maybe some rice. We don't use any complicated recipes. It’s just simple cooking. The parking area is just a dirt patch in front of the building. We’ve got a couple of guys who help with the cooking and cleaning. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we have to wipe the tables down a lot. It’s a basic roadside stop for anyone who is hungry. We don't have any flashy signs, just enough so you can see us from the road. It’s a tough location because of the heat and the traffic, but we stay open. Just a regular spot called Rai Saab out by the bye pass. We don't have air conditioning, just some fans that move the air around. We mostly just focus on getting the food to the table quickly.
