You can find us over in Sector-38D, specifically in the Firoze Gandhi Market area at number 2. We deal with food, but not in the way a big restaurant does. It is more about the home-style stuff that people miss when they are busy working in the market. The kitchen starts up early. We have big pots going and the smell of spices is everywhere. It is a noisy place when everyone is working at once. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff that works. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like things done. Sometimes we run out of something because the supplier didn't show up, and then we have to scramble to find a replacement. It is a bit chaotic, but we always manage. The market gets very crowded in the evenings, so getting things in and out can be a real struggle. We just try to stay out of the way of the main traffic. We don't spend money on big ads. People usually find out about us because they work nearby or someone told them where we are in Sector-38D. It is practical work. We prep the ingredients, cook the meals, and pack them up. Then we clean everything up and do it again the next day. It is a repetitive job, but there is something nice about seeing the containers ready.
