Zensation

You can find Zensation at the Span Resort & Spa, which is right on the Kullu - Manali Highway in Katrain. We are tucked away in a beautiful part of the valley. Being on the highway means we get a lot of travelers passing through between Kullu and Manali. It’s a different kind of pace here compared to the city. The air is fresher and things feel a bit slower. The restaurant itself is part of the resort grounds, so it’s a nice spot to sit down after a long drive. We don't have a complicated way of doing things. We just open up, prep the kitchen, and wait for people to come in. Our staff knows the local roads well and can tell you about the weather or the traffic up ahead. It’s a practical place for a meal. We don't go in for any of that corporate jargon. It’s just us, the highway, and the mountains. Sometimes the mountain weather makes things a bit unpredictable, but we stay open and keep the kitchen running. It’s a quiet life in Katrain, and we like it that way. If you’re heading up the highway, you’ll see our sign. It’s an easy place to stop and stretch your legs. The mountains look different every day from our windows, and that is one of the best parts about working here.
