Emcee Restaurant

Emcee Restaurant is part of the De Vivendi Resorts area on Naggar Road. We are up in Manali, specifically in Village Prini, which has a 175131 pin code. Being up here in the mountains is different from working in a city. The air is colder and the pace is a bit slower, though we still get busy when the tourists arrive. We are just a small restaurant trying to feed people who are staying nearby or just passing through Prini. The resort is around us, but we focus on our own kitchen. Naggar Road can get some snow in the winter, which makes things interesting. We have to keep the place warm and ready for guests. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Just some sturdy tables and chairs. The staff here are mostly locals from the village or nearby. We show up, prep the food, and wait for the day to start. It’s a quiet life most of the time. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just provide food in a beautiful part of Manali. People come here to relax, and we try to provide a spot for that. Sometimes the supply trucks take a while to get up the road, but we make do with what we have. It’s just an honest place to eat.
