Johnsons Bar & Restaurant

You can find us at the Johnson Lodge right on Circuit House Road in Manali. It's a busy part of town but we try to keep things relaxed inside the restaurant. Serving food and drinks has been our main thing for a good bit of time now. This building has that classic mountain feel, lots of wood and a fireplace that we keep going when it gets chilly, which happens a lot here. Hikers who have been out all day or people just getting into town often stop in. We have a bar area and then the restaurant side. Trout is popular here since it's a local specialty we always have ready. Don't expect fancy tablecloths or anything like that. Instead, it's more about the food and having a decent drink with friends. During the tourist season, the staff stays very busy, but getting to everyone as fast as possible is the goal. Sometimes it gets loud when the music is on and the place is full of people talking. Outside there is a bit of garden space too. When the sun is out, sitting there is nice.
