Dev Dham Restaurant

Our place is right there on the Kullu Manali Road in Babeli. It’s in Village Bashing and you can’t miss us because we are quite close to the Vashnu Mata Temple 21. We have been here for a good while now, serving people who are traveling up towards Manali. It’s a family-run spot, really. We don’t have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most people just stop by because they are hungry while driving on the highway. We have a simple kitchen and some wooden tables where people can sit down for a bit. The weather around here changes a lot, so some days are very busy and others are quiet. We serve basic meals that we know how to cook well. It’s not like those big city restaurants with menus that have a hundred items. We just do what we can. My brother handles the front and I stay in the back mostly. We’ve seen many travelers come and go over the years. Some of them stop every time they visit the temple. It’s a decent life here in Babeli. We start early in the morning to get everything ready for the breakfast rush. The road can get very noisy with all the trucks and buses passing by, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on keeping the place going and making sure people get their food hot. It’s a simple business for us.
