J J Restaurant is where we work, tucked inside J J Resorts. We are up in Shamshi, which is part of the Kullu area. Our pin code is 175126. It’s a nice enough place to be. We serve food to people staying at the resort and anyone else who stops by Shamshi. It’s not a complicated setup. We have tables and chairs and a kitchen. Being in Kullu, we get a lot of people passing through. We’ve been here for a bit. The restaurant is just part of the whole resort thing. We don't really do much advertising. People find us because they are staying nearby or they're hungry while driving through. It’s a local business. We keep things simple. You won't find anything too strange here. Just the usual stuff you’d expect at a place in Shamshi. Sometimes the weather is clear, sometimes it’s not. That’s just life in the mountains. We open up in the morning and stay until we’re done. J J Restaurant is just the name on the door. We are part of the scenery here in Kullu. If you’re at J J Resorts, you’ll see us. We’re right there. No need for a map once you arrive. Just a plain restaurant doing its job. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just cook what people want to eat. It's quiet most days, which is how we like it. The air is fresh in Shamshi and we just keep the stove going.
