Monal Restaurant

You can find Monal Restaurant inside the Manali Inn Hotel. We are located in the Rangree area of Manali, with the 175131 pin code. Being part of a hotel means we stay pretty busy with guests coming in and out. It’s a nice spot right here in the mountains. We spend most of our day in the kitchen or out on the floor making sure people have what they need. It gets very cold here in the winter, so we spend a lot of time keeping the place warm and inviting. We aren't trying to be some high-end bistro; we just serve food that people like. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we work well as a group. We know the hotel inside and out. Sometimes the supply trucks have trouble getting up the roads when it snows, which can be a bit of a headache for us. We just make do with what we have and keep things moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us because they are staying at the hotel or they heard about us from someone else in town. It’s a simple business, and we like the routine of it. Manali is a busy place, but we have our own little corner here. We just keep things running as best as we know how every single day. There’s always something to do around here.
