The Day Night Restaurant

We are located inside The Day Night Hotel in Manali. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the private bus stand. It’s a very busy spot because of all the buses coming in and out. You can hear the drivers shouting and the engines idling most of the day. It’s 175131 if you need the postal code for a map. Manali gets quite cold, so we spend a lot of time making sure the inside feels alright. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a local operation here. We have a lot of people stop by after they get off their bus. They look tired, so we just let them sit and settle in. The hotel has been here for a while, and we just do our part. The furniture is a bit worn in places, but it's comfortable enough. We don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down and get on with it. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the snow piles up outside. But we stay open. It is a simple life up here in the mountains. We don't have time for fancy talk. We just serve whoever walks through the door. Being right at the bus stand means there is always something happening. It’s never really quiet, but that keeps us on our toes. We just do our thing every day and hope the road stays clear for the buses.
