Ristrorante Italino La- Pureza

Up here in Manali, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We set up Ristrorante Italino La- Pureza right on the Main Road at The Mall. It is a busy spot, especially when the tourists come through looking for something different to eat. Being at 175131 puts us right in the middle of everything. It gets quite cold during the winter months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the place stays warm for whoever walks in. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just us running the place every day near the Mall Road area. We chose this name because we wanted to try something new for the locals here. The kitchen isn't huge but we make it work. Most days you can see people walking their dogs or carrying shopping bags past our windows. We have some regular tables and some that wobble a tiny bit, but we fix them when we can. We do our own cooking and cleaning. There isn't any fancy manager in a suit here. You will usually find one of us behind the counter or checking the pots. It’s a simple life. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a regular one so people can find us. It’s a good spot if you’re tired from walking around the hills and just want to sit down somewhere that isn't too loud. We just do our best.
