The Yunik Public School

If you are looking for The Yunik Public School, we are at number 27/1603 in the Puthiyara area of Kozhikode. It’s a residential neighborhood for the most part, so it’s a bit quieter than the city center. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while, and the building has seen many students come and go. It’s a local school through and through. We don't have a massive budget for fancy things, so we just keep the place tidy and functional. The teachers live around here, and so do most of the kids. You’ll see them walking to school in the mornings. We have the usual classrooms and a small area for the kids to gather. Puthiyara is a nice place to work, and we feel like we are part of the scenery here. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we need to repaint a wall, but that’s just part of owning a building. We don't have any grand speeches about what we do. We just open the doors, teach the classes, and go home. It’s a steady life. Parents drop by to talk about their kids' progress, and we sit down for a chat without any formalities. We like it that way. It’s just a normal school for normal people in our part of Kozhikode. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the gates open and the lights on every morning for the neighborhood.
