Hidaya Public School

Hidaya Public School is located in the Green Valley area of Pantheerankavu. We are right by the H H Bye Pass, so the sounds of the Kozhikode traffic are pretty much constant. It’s not a huge campus with massive fields, but we make the most of the space we have. The building is a basic concrete design that gets the job done. We have a few trees around that give some shade, which is nice when the Kerala sun gets too hot. The classrooms have the usual wooden desks that have been around for a long time. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or fancy displays in the hallways. It’s mostly just posters the kids made and some old calendars. The staff room is usually crowded with books and people drinking tea during their breaks. We aren't a corporate institution with a big budget for repairs, so we just handle things ourselves when a fan stops working or a window gets stuck. People in Pantheerankavu know us as a neighborhood spot. The 673019 area has grown a lot, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. Most of our students live nearby, so we see their parents at the local shops quite often. It’s a very community-focused environment without any of the polished talk you hear from bigger places. We just focus on the daily schedule and making sure the building is open on time every morning.
