So, we are located in the Noor Complex right on Mavoor Road in Kozhikode. If you know this area, you know how hectic the traffic can get out there. Our place is basically where people come to learn how to handle a kitchen without making a total disaster of it. It’s not some five-star hotel setting; it’s more of a practical space where students get their hands dirty with flour and vegetables. We have a lot of stoves and heavy pots that need constant scrubbing. Sometimes the smell of spices from the cooking classes fills up the whole hallway, which makes everyone hungry before lunch even starts. The building itself is just a standard commercial complex, so we share the space with other offices. It can get a bit cramped when a new batch of students arrives, but we make it work by shifting tables around. Most of us who work here have been in the food industry for a while, so we don't really care about fancy titles or polish. We just want to make sure the students know how to chop things correctly and keep a kitchen clean. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day and dealing with the heat from the ovens. By the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired, but the place has a good energy to it. It’s just a straightforward spot for learning a trade.
