Arabian Catering & Hear Goods

Arabian Catering & Hear Goods is based out in Thamarassery, Kozhikode. We’ve been working in this area for a long time, and most people around here know where to find us. We handle a mix of things, from the catering side to dealing with the goods people need for their events. It’s not a very fancy operation, just a practical one. We have a lot of space for our cooking equipment and the supplies we keep on hand. Thamarassery is a good place to be because it’s a bit of a hub, and we can reach a lot of different neighborhoods from here. We aren't into big corporate talk or making promises we can't keep. If we say we’ll have the food ready by eleven, we do our best to make sure it’s there. The days can be long, starting before the sun is up to get the fires going and the prep work done. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the spices are just right for the local taste. We don't have a big front office; usually, people just come to the back where we’re working if they need to talk to us. We like the direct approach. It’s just a small team of us working hard to make sure every order is handled properly. We’ve had our share of busy festival seasons where nobody gets much sleep, but that’s just how it goes in this business.
