Choice Caterers

We are based over at Koyenco Corner in Kuttichira, right in the heart of Calicut. Most mornings start very early here with the smell of spices and big metal pots getting ready on the burners. It is a family-style operation really. We handle food for weddings, small house parties, and local gatherings. Kuttichira has its own famous food culture, so we try to stick to what people around here actually like to eat. It gets incredibly hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months when we have back-to-back events. We have a small team that has been with us for years, and they are more like friends now. We aren't doing any of that fancy gourmet stuff you see on TV shows. It is just good, honest cooking like you’d get at home. Usually, someone is chopping piles of onions while someone else is loading the van for a delivery. The narrow streets around here can be a bit tricky, but we know the shortcuts by now. People know us by name mostly. We don't spend money on posters or radio ads. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us. Sometimes we run out of things at the last minute, and someone has to rush to the market. That’s just part of the daily life. It’s a messy, loud, and busy life, but it keeps us going. We just enjoy seeing the empty plates at the end of an event.
