Maza Foods

Maza Foods is located right near the Kolathara Post Office, which is just a short walk away from the Modern Bazar. It is a busy little corner of the world to be in. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves our needs for preparing and handling food items every day. The smells around here are usually pretty strong because there is always something being cooked or packed up. We have a small team of people who have been with Maza Foods for a long time, and we all just sort of know our roles without needing much direction. The kitchen area is where most of the work happens, and it can get pretty warm in there during the afternoons. Being so close to Modern Bazar means there are always people moving around outside, and the sounds of the post office next door are a constant backdrop to our work. We don't have any corporate mission statements hanging on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food ready and making sure it gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes we run into issues with supplies or the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with those things as they come up. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we like being part of the Kolathara community for as long as we have been here.
