Flora Foods

We have been running Flora Foods here at 12, Hajiyarpalli Road for a good few years now. Panakkad is a busy area, especially with the traffic moving up and down the main stretch, but our little spot stays pretty consistent. It is not a flashy building or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle everything from inventory to the daily customers who walk in through the front door. Most mornings start early, usually before the sun is fully up, just to get things ready. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine inside and out. You will often see us moving boxes or tidying up the shelves while the radio plays in the background. It gets a bit dusty on the road sometimes, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We try to keep things simple and honest. There is no corporate office behind us, just us making sure the food is handled right and the orders go out. People around here know where to find us if they need something. We do not do much advertising because the local word of mouth seems to do the job well enough. If you are walking down towards the school or the mosque, you will likely pass right by us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
