Our group is called Jhanjabati Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located in Badasil, which is under the Talagumandi GP in the Narayanpatna block. Dillip Tadingi’s place is our main address. The pin code is 764014. We are a collection of farmers from the Narayanpatna area. This is a very rural spot, and farming is what most of us know. We decided to form this company to help each other out. It is hard to get a good price for crops when you are just one person. Together, we have a bit more strength. Dillip helps us stay on track with the paperwork and meetings. We don't have a fancy office building. Most of our work happens outside on the farms. We meet up at the village level to discuss what we are going to plant and when. It is a very hands-on job. We have all kinds of farmers in our group. Some have been doing this for decades. We don't use complicated language because we don't need to. We just talk about soil, water, and market rates. Being part of Jhanjabati makes us feel like we have a bit of support.
