Westside

Our place is at 22, Block D on Camac Street. Westside has been here for a while, and it's a pretty busy spot. This part of town is always on the move, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of clothes and household items. The store gets packed on weekends with families looking for something new. It can be a bit chaotic when there’s a sale on, with clothes getting moved around and queues at the trial rooms. We spend a lot of time just folding things back up and putting them on the right hangers. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. The staff here is mostly local people who know the regulars. We don't have a corporate script we have to follow; we just talk to people like normal. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. We keep the shelves stocked with whatever is in season. It’s a straightforward shop. We don’t try to be something we’re not. If you need a shirt or some new plates, you come in, find what you like, and head to the counter. Camac Street is a good location because it’s easy to get to. We just focus on keeping the doors open and the racks full for whoever stops by during the day.
