We are located at 20 B. D. Gupta Lane in Kolkata. It’s one of those narrow streets that the city is famous for. If you’re coming here, you really have to look for the number because the buildings are all packed together. The zip code is 700 050. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. It’s an old building, but it has character. We do a lot of our work from a couple of rooms on the ground floor. It stays relatively cool in the summer because of the thick walls. Our days are spent handling various tasks, mostly related to local business needs here in West Bengal. It’s a small team, just a few people who have known each other for a long time. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it can get hectic when we have a deadline. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and our lane is no different. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long. We don't have a flashy storefront. It’s mostly just us working away behind the door. We handle the daily operations without much fuss. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just show up, do what needs doing, and deal with whatever problems pop up. That’s just how we run things here. Most of the time, we are just sorting through papers and taking calls. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, but we manage.
