Upasana

We’ve been here at Ad-71 in Sector 1 for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right near BD Market. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We started Upasana just to have a place where locals could come without feeling like they are entering a big, cold office. The building isn’t anything fancy, just a regular spot where we do our daily work. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we just keep things moving. We handle our day-to-day tasks and try to stay organized. Most of our regulars live right around the corner. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a quiet life here in Salt Lake, and we like it that way. If you’re ever near the market and see our sign, that’s us. We keep the doors open and just focus on the job at hand. It's not a huge team, just a few of us making sure everything is taken care of. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It's a bit cramped inside when it's busy, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in this part of town.
