You can find us at 74E, Balaram Dey Street. It is an old part of the city, and the street is quite narrow like most of the lanes around here. Our building is right there among the others, and it feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. We don't have a big flashing sign or anything like that. People usually just know where we are by word of mouth. The space inside is a bit cramped because we have so much stuff going on. We handle different kinds of daily tasks and it keeps us on our feet. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a question. The morning starts with the sound of the street waking up and the tea stalls nearby getting busy. We open up the doors and get to work straight away. It is not a corporate setup with a receptionist and glass walls. Instead, it is just a plain room where we sit and handle our business. There is always a lot of paper on the desks and the phone rings pretty often. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space on a busy street, it can get a bit chaotic. We like being in this location because it feels connected to the heart of the area. It’s a simple way of working. We do our jobs, talk to the people who come in, and close up when the sun goes down.
